The coaching and training staffs of Lou Fusz Lacrosse and Elite Performance Academy have partnered to offer the best lacrosse-specific speed, agility, and stick skills sessions in the area to make our athletes the best they can be.
Our training is science driven, and helps players learn the proper way to become faster, quicker, more balanced, more skilled, & stronger. This program is the perfect opportunity to prepare for the 2019 Spring season. Our program is built to be Lacrosse relevant with acceleration/ deceleration development, body-weight resisted power development, energy system development, and speed ratios that apply directly to the specifics Lacrosse demands.
DATES: THURSDAYS – JAN 10, 17, 24, 31 & FEB 7
WHO: Experienced Boys and Girls players ages 10-18
WHERE: Lou Fusz Athletic Training Facility at RAMS PARK (held in Fusz Room / Basketball Court and Racquetball)
SESSION BREAKOUT: Session is broken up into 2 parts: 1.) Stick-work focused, 2.) Speed / Agility focused.
WHAT TO BRING:
ALL PLAYERS WEAR TENNIS / GYM / TURF SHOES (NO CLEATS)
Girls: Stick, goggles, mouth guard
Boys: Stick, helmet, gloves
